KYP involves sharing personal details about your relationship, so this policy explains clearly what we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.

हम क्या जानकारी एकत्र करते हैंInformation We Collect

• Person A से: नाम, WhatsApp मोबाइल नंबर, email (वैकल्पिक), शहर, Relationship Status और 15 assessment सवालों के जवाब।From Person A: name, WhatsApp mobile number, email (optional), city, relationship status and answers to the 15 assessment questions.
• Partner (Person B) से: उनके 15 assessment सवालों के जवाब। Partner का नाम और मोबाइल नंबर (वैकल्पिक) Person A द्वारा दिया जाता है।From the partner (Person B): their answers to the 15 assessment questions. The partner's name and mobile number (optional) are provided by Person A.
• वैकल्पिक: एक फोटो, और Kundli Match add-on के लिए दोनों partners की जन्म तिथि, समय और स्थान।Optional: a photo, and both partners' date, time and place of birth for the Kundli Match add-on.

जानकारी का उपयोगHow We Use Your Information

• आपकी KYP report (और यदि चुना गया हो तो Kundli Match) तैयार करने के लिए।To prepare your KYP report (and the Kundli Match, if chosen).
• आपसे WhatsApp/फोन पर भुगतान और report के बारे में संपर्क करने के लिए।To contact you on WhatsApp/phone about payment and your report.
• सेवा की गुणवत्ता सुधारने के लिए आंतरिक रिकॉर्ड हेतु।For internal records to improve the quality of the service.

Report कैसे तैयार होती हैHow Reports Are Prepared

आपके जवाबों से report का पहला draft एक automated (AI-assisted) प्रणाली द्वारा तैयार किया जाता है। इसके बाद HelloKYP टीम उसकी समीक्षा करती है, और review के बाद ही report आपके लिए उपलब्ध होती है।The first draft of your report is prepared from your answers by an automated (AI-assisted) system. The HelloKYP team then reviews it, and the report is made available to you only after that review.

जानकारी कहाँ रखी जाती हैWhere Your Information Is Stored

आपकी जानकारी HelloKYP के Google Workspace account (Google Sheets और Google Drive) में रखी जाती है। इसे केवल HelloKYP टीम एक्सेस करती है।Your information is stored in HelloKYP's Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Google Drive). Only the HelloKYP team accesses it.

जानकारी साझा करनाSharing

• हम आपकी जानकारी किसी को बेचते या marketing के लिए साझा नहीं करते।We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
• Kundli Match add-on चुनने पर ही, Guna Milan की गणना के लिए जन्म विवरण (तिथि, समय, स्थान) एक astrology calculation service को भेजे जाते हैं।Only if you choose the Kundli Match add-on, birth details (date, time, place) are sent to an astrology calculation service to compute the Guna Milan.
• कानून द्वारा आवश्यक होने पर ही किसी अधिकारी के साथ जानकारी साझा की जा सकती है।Information may be shared with authorities only where required by law.

Report कौन देख सकता हैWho Can See Your Report

Report “रिपोर्ट देखें” page पर registered WhatsApp नंबर डालकर खुलती है। कृपया अपना नंबर और report link केवल अपने partner के साथ साझा करें।The report opens on the “View Report” page using the registered WhatsApp number. Please share your number and report link only with your partner.

Partner की सहमतिYour Partner's Consent

Partner की जानकारी देने और उन्हें link भेजने से पहले, Person A यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि partner इसके लिए सहमत है। Partner अपने जवाब स्वयं देते हैं।Before providing a partner's details and sending them the link, Person A confirms the partner agrees to take part. Partners submit their own answers.

डेटा रखना और हटानाRetention & Deletion

हम आपकी जानकारी उतने समय तक रखते हैं जितना सेवा देने और रिकॉर्ड के लिए आवश्यक है। आप कभी भी WhatsApp (90574 15155) या hellokypindia@gmail.com पर अपना डेटा delete करवाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and for records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time on WhatsApp (90574 15155) or at hellokypindia@gmail.com.

भुगतानPayments

KYP का भुगतान सीधे WhatsApp/UPI के माध्यम से होता है। यह website कोई card, bank या UPI detail एकत्र या संग्रहीत नहीं करती।KYP payments are made directly via WhatsApp/UPI. This website does not collect or store any card, bank or UPI details.
